"Identify that photo contest"

Rules:

Simple, if you think you can identify the street in the photo

If you are the first to correctly identify this road you will win a dinner for two at the Olive Garden.

 

Who can participate?

Anyone.
No one has any knowledge of when or where this picture was taken except my 5 year old daughter, and she has no idea where it was at and can't give directions even if she wanted to.
